Created by a historical house contractor to preserve wood in house restorations, the Extractor does what hammers, pry-bars and other traditional removal tools can’t. Just grip the nail and patented auto-locking jaw design automatically increases gripping force as you increase prying pressure – especially useful for pneumatic nails and nails with damaged heads. You can also use it to pull finishing nails through the trim (the recommended technique). Curved heel lets you lift the nail out of the wood with minimal damage to the surface while the serrated teeth create a slip-free grip on the nail. Longer 8-3/4” handles provide more leverage.
