Awesome customer service by Duluth!

Received first game and was put off by the poor build quality. The home run ramp did not line up properly with the hole and the mechanism that sends the ball into the play area was not right.

Upon tell Duluth about this, they immediately sent a replacement. Thank you! Unfortunately the new one had similar issues. This time the home run ramp sends the ball right into the wall with no chance of a home run. Very sad.

Love Duluth, and this product is a good example of an awesome idea/concept sunk by poor execution and quality control.

was not able to correctly put together - right field distance marker was not properly cut. Bag was not placed in the game box, or in the packing.

Prompt service and delivery. A little weak in the grandstand staying in place while the action of the game takes place on a table top

After releasing the plunger, the ball travels up the chute and gets wedged/stuck at the top. I had to chisel and sand the block and edges of chute to allow enough room for the ball to enter playing area. Not worth the hassle of returning. I'm going to stick with the clothing it's awesome high quality unlike this game.

I had been looking at this game for a while and Christmas was the best time to buy this for my grandson. It was nice that they shipped it staight to his house (they live out of state from me). My son said Alex is crazy nuts over this game. Alex is not quite 3 years old, so holding his attention sometimes is hard, but he LOVES this game. Can't get enough! He doesn't quite get the full idea of the game, but it's a great hands-on game he can play with Dad! Very pleased with this game. No BATTERIES REQUIRED !!!!!

Great fun by yourself or with the family. Nice enough to leave out as decor on a desk or side table in a den. My only problem was I though it was made in America.
