This is the third of these hats I've purchased in the last 5 years or so. I love it, but the wife is getting tired of seeing me in it...too bad for her! I get so many compliments on this hat it's unbelievable! Even had someone try to steal one from me last year. I just cant say enough good about this hat.

The magazine/website kinda makes it look like swede but it's not. It's more like the inside of a sweatshirt. However, it looks great and is quite warm though it doesn't cover your ears. I've gotten compliments on my style...of which I have none so it's all the hat.

nice hat.... the design was alittle bigger than i expected but still nice
the sizing however seemed big
i did measure my head like it says to
but still seemed big anyway i washed it (NOT) according to recommedations and shunk it alittle on purpose
so now it fits better

This is not a stretchy knit, so be careful to determine what size your head really is before you buy it. I like the hat very much. However, I am between sizes, and must always order a size that is slightly larger than I need (otherwise it would be too tight).

Pretty good hat. I shave my head bold and this hat keeps my head warm in winter. It does not itch like wool hat.
Sizing is not accurate - I have head XL but this hat in L fits me perfectly.

I had one of these a few years ago and really loved it. I searched all over the internet to try to find one but most vendors told me that they we no longer being made. I was so happy when I cam across the Duluth Site. The hat is perfect and keeps my head just warm enough without causing me to overheat even in very cold Chicago winters.. thanks again

I lived on the Pacific for a number of years and often bought sailors hats similar to this one to wear in bad weather. I can honestly say that this is the best hat of this style that I have ever owned! I can't wait until winter to wear it...
