Back in '93, I bought my first Field Coat at the Royal English Agricultural Exposition in Warwickshire, England. It was that time-tested design: think game warden patrolling an English estate with his shotgun crooked in his arm...his hand in the upper slant pocket. Using that design, I think we've come up with one hell of a winter work coat using our exclusive Fire Hose 10.9-oz. cotton canvas that's treated for stain and water resistance.
The real innovation we added to this timeless utility design is the 3-layer lining. A waterproof/windproof membrane is sandwiched between a soft polyester fleece that's closest to your body and a smooth polyester material that rides against the canvas – non-bulky and warm to 0ºF! This 3-layer material is reversed in the sleeves for easy on and off. Size Large Regular has a 31" center back length. Large Tall center back is 33". Imported.

Tradesman Sizing: Our clothing is generously sized for extra roominess and easy moving fit. No need to size up.
Head: Measure around head, just above eyebrows. Inches can then be converted to a hat size.
Neck: Measure around the middle of the neck (at the Adam's apple).
Chest: Keeping tape parallel to the floor, measure fullest part of chest with arms relaxed down at sides. Sleeve: Measure from center of back at neck to shoulder, over elbow and down to wrist.
Waist: Bend side to side to find natural waist. Measure around waist.
Inseam: Measure a pair of pants that fits you well. Measure from the crotch seam to bottom of pants. If you are measuring 100% cotton pants that have been washed, add 1/2".
* For best results, take measurements over your underwear. Use a soft tape measure, and allow it to sit comfortably.
