First of all, they're made from a much lighter version of the fire hose cloth than the work pants are made of - They should specify that up front, but these are still very good for medium-duty work and are much more comfortable than any other overalls I've used. Expanded groin gussets should be mandatory on mens' pants. A heavy-duty version in the heavier canvas would be nice to see. For heavy work I go with the fire hose work pants and chore coat instead.

While the lighter material was somewhat disappointing, the only real problem is that the suspenders are much too long. I have to shorten them far beyond the elastic to get the overalls to hang right on my body, else the chest pockets are at my lower ribs and the crotch is a third of the way down my thighs. I'll be sewing a fold into the cloth section of the straps soon.

These bibs are just right. They don't ride up and best of all don't slip down like jeans which sometimes causing multiple visual and functional problems.

I use these overalls in my work as a tree climber clearing right of ways. I like the way they fit and feel and fight the wind and weather. My problem is, within the first hour of work, a big rip appeared between the back pocket and rear seam. I went to sit in my climbing saddle and the material gave way. I had really hoped for something better than this from Duluth.

The only thing that I wish the overalls were, was the heavier firehose material. I do have a pair of the firehose trousers and they are perfect, no other words can describe them. The overalls are very comfortable and great quality. Thanks for the great clothes that are truly work clothes.

I use the overalls both at work around the home and garden as-well-as away from home at my aerospace job. I found just recently how great they are for traveling (driving) up and down the cost for family visits. I'd probably wear them during airline travel the next time I'm given to that method of traveling. Hmmmm, I wonder what that would do to my security profile?
