The war was supposed to be over by September, November at the latest. No need for the War Department to order winter jackets… But on December 19th of the coldest winter Europe had seen in 50 years, the 101st Airborne division was hurled into the Battle of the Bulge. Defending Bastogne from all 15 divisions of the 5th Panzer Army, the Screaming Eagles dug in and bundled themselves in as many of these sweaters as they could scrounge. We pay homage to those paratroopers who braved the cold and saved the city. Our GI Sweater is recreated from the original issue but in washable 51% wool/49% cotton that’s more appropriate for your climate controlled theaters of operation. Wear it with pride.

Tradesman Sizing: Our clothing is generously sized for extra roominess and easy moving fit. No need to size up.
Head: Measure around head, just above eyebrows. Inches can then be converted to a hat size.
Neck: Measure around the middle of the neck (at the Adam's apple).
Chest: Keeping tape parallel to the floor, measure fullest part of chest with arms relaxed down at sides. Sleeve: Measure from center of back at neck to shoulder, over elbow and down to wrist.
Waist: Bend side to side to find natural waist. Measure around waist.
Inseam: Measure a pair of pants that fits you well. Measure from the crotch seam to bottom of pants. If you are measuring 100% cotton pants that have been washed, add 1/2".
* For best results, take measurements over your underwear. Use a soft tape measure, and allow it to sit comfortably.
