I bought these boots for my Son Inlaw for a Christmas gift. He does snow removal in Omaha,Nebraska and was always talking about his feet getting cold.Not anymore,now when he talks he just thanks me for the boots.He say's they really keep his feet warm and dry he loves them.I did get him a spare pair of inserts just in case.

I bought these for a work trip to Aspen, CO More than 50% of the people there wear these for their ability to keep warm and relatively dry. The removable inner boot lining is ideal for sock changes and drying out overnight. I suggest buying an extra set of the inner boots to swap out half way through a work day, much like changing your socks when you sweat. Or you can swap out the lining boot every 24 hours. This method worked for me when you're working out in sub freezing temperatures for 12+ hour days. If you're a half size (I'm 10.5) I suggest getting the size smaller (i.e size 10 in my case) and try using thinner snow socks or skiing socks. Regular wool socks may work well too. Your best bet is to try them at a store first to assure a proper fit; you don't want blisters. Duluth was by far the best deal that I found online and at stores.
