“I generally beat the snot out of them, and they actually take it!” says Andrea, a fire investigator from Minnesota. We built these pants to handle work like hers without batting an eye, with rivets and reinforcements at every stress point and pockets every place you need them. Plus, this pair is cold-weather ready, thanks to a soft fleece lining inside (most women's work pants are lined in flannel – hearty fleece is hard to find!).
We designed them to really fit women, with a curve-friendly waistband that won’t gap in the back and a Relaxed Fit through the hips and thighs (not a straight one, as in men’s pants). Head: Measure around head, just above eyebrows. Inches can then be converted to a hat size.
Bust: Keeping tape parallel to the floor, measure fullest part of bust with arms relaxed down at sides.
Waist: Bend side to side to find natural waist. Measure around waist.
Hips: Keeping tape parallel to the floor and feet together, measure around the fullest part of seat.
Inseam: Measure a pair of pants that fit you well. Measure from the crotch seam to bottom of pants. If you are measuring 100% cotton pants that have been washed, add 1/2".
*For best results, take measurements over your undergarments. Use a soft tape measure, and allow it to sit comfortably.
