I last wrote about this bed in January, 2010, and am just now going to order some cedar fill to make it a little more cushion-y for Ranger. It's the best at washing (delicate cycle, of course) and has not torn or faded in two years! I can totally confirm that this bed is definitely the best for your money.

The bed is great, my Scottish Terrier wants one now. My Lab and her take turns sleeping on it, sometimes even sharing it. This product exceeded my expectations!

I love this dog bed. My two dogs tore up lots of blankets and dog beds until I found this one! This dog bed is almost undestructable. The dogs love to lay on the large bed together. This dog bed is great for outside because it is very weather resistant and doggie resistant. Well worth the investment. I'm glad to find that there is replacement stuffing available, because after three years it could use a small refluff. Cover is machine washable which makes it nice to freshen up the bed.

I almost sent it back sight unseen after my wife complianed about our dogs never using the beds we bought in the past. I thought, "What the heck? [...]why not give it a chance?". I opened the box and put the 45x54 dog bed on the floor. Our Giant Schnauzer, Deno, came up on it, turned around a couple of times, and plopped down for a rest. It has been his favorite sleeping spot ever since. Keep in mind this is a dog who has never been much of a dog bed lover. I'm thinking about ordering another one for myself for our upcoming van trip to Florida!

The bed puts up with all the abuse our 100 pound lab can give it. It gives him plenty of room to streach out and seems to have enough stuffing. The only flaw is that the material is noisey when our dog moves around on it at nite. Other than that no complaints.

My dog loves his new bed :)) He was on the bed within 10 seconds of it being on the floor.I have a picture and he is smiling away...I will be submitting it to Duluth.

I love these beds. Our collies have not scratched through one yet, and it's not for lack of trying! Only negative was that when one was ill and had a leakage accident, the fragile inner liner tore when trying to pull out the stuffing sack to wash things, and these liners are not easy to repair. Overall however we and the dogs love them.

We have had this bed for about 2 years and it is a great bed for our 10 year old, 115 lb Rotweiller/German Sherperd..Bruno. We now have a new puppy, Sara Sue, who will grow into a large dog. She has taken over Bruno's bed and he is unhappy not having his comfortable bed so we are ordering another large bed for her. Sara Sue has chewed some on Bruno's bed but it is holding up very well. We would not even consider getting any other bed but this one.
