My dad gave me a 4-pack of these last year, and I was somewhat skeptical about them, and didn't think they would perform better than a standard cotton bandana. However, they are cut larger than a standard bandana, which is good because I have a larger than standard head (2XL helmet). They are elastic, which means they stretch reversibly. These two things together makes them a lot easier to tie up and fit to your head. I have used mine while riding in the Jesse James style, the gaiter style, and the scoutmaster style. They are pretty good at blocking wind. They are also a good defense against rain when worn as a dew-rag. They basically will not wrinkle. Wash them and air dry them. I carry one all the time. The only thing wrong with them is, you can't get them at the current time! Also, if you get carried away, you can overstretch the elastic. Don't pull on it as hard as you would with a cotton bandana; you don't need to anyway. I've found I can often get by without knotting the ends together: Just make half a knot. The friction of the fabric is usually enough to hold it together.

Usually I'm sweating bad inside the mask when fencing and I shave my head, so there's nowhere for sweat to go, and I worry about rusting a pretty expensive mask I use when fencing.This thing is AMAZING. I wish I had one a long time ago. Now I realize why it was [$] (I bought mine at [...]).It's worth it. I want more.I have NO sweat rolling in my eyes at all, and keeps my head warm after I take the mask off on top of that.Amazing product.

The product worked better then I thought it would when I first seen it, being a bigger man that has no problems sweating even in the dead of winter

I'm a sweaty guy with a giant head and was intrigued by the moisture-wicking properties of this bandana. I have to say, I am VERY impressed with the product. It's large enough for my giant melon of a shaved head, and really pulls the sweat away from my scalp. Soft and comfortable. It also doesn't leave a read mark acorss my forehead like many hats do when I sweat heavily in them.

I'll be ordering another.

Beats the heck out of cotton as a headband or dorag.
Cotton gets soaked and becomes dead weight, but this bandanna holds up to a long run, or a day of outdoor labor.
