I live in a Condo with 4 people living above me. 2 adults & 2 children. The adults walk hard & the kids run, fight & scream all the time. I tried talking to them which helped but after awhile they just ignored my pleas which is the reason I purchased my storm safety whistle. The whistle is 'very loud' which is perfect because now, when I blow it they know to control the noise. My blood pressure has returned to normal & I'm a much happier person.

I am partially disabled. I like to fish for trout in a wooded area, and bicycle. There is no cell phone coverage in either area. This whistle gives me an excellent emergency signal. The sound pressure level is very impressive (don't test it inside), and the pitch is designed to attract attention, as it doesn't resemble anything found in nature It is an excellent design. Since it's bright orange, I also hang it from my bike's rear rack. It's well worth the price.

I have two of these, one is always with me as I camp, day hike, or on extended backpacks, and on by long bike rides. The other is attached to my life jacket. I kayak extreme, often isolated, rivers. The very loud whistle is great for alerting others when there is a problem or danger as it can be heard over the roar of the river rapids. I also carry it in case of emergency. This whistle can be heard at a great distance long after my voice would wear out from calling for help. I should buy two more and keep one in each car for emergency situations.

Bought four of them due to the description of it being the world's loudest whistle; good stocking stuffer or for any reason. I put mine on my key chain for personal safety purposes.

We have a very large playground. Children complained they couldn't hear conventional whistle but they have no trouble lining up after recess when this whistle sounds. Just make sure you aren't close to students.

I bought this whistle to keep in my truck and in my pocket while hunting or hiking. It is really loud. I have not needed it in an emergency yet, but if I do I know someone will hear it.

LOUDEST available. Absence of internal round item for use not needed here. Fits in my adventurers vest well. I used it a lot while teaching outdoor firearms classes when I taught them. Please folks, offer it in brass and you'll sell many more.

Bought this to keep as safe protection when walking on trails, etc. Yes it is loud, but tha't what you want it for. DON'T blow it hard unless you really want help, cuz it'll damage your ears. Also bought the smaller size to carry on my keychain at all times. This larger size will be for hiking, walking trails, etc.
