Atop Mount Baker in the Adirondacks this past summer we found ourselves cutting cheese with a pine branch. Conversation was about this knife/fork thing that we didnt have and how it should just always be kept in the day-pack ..and in the glove box ...and in the pop-up camper ...and in that cute little picnic basket thing that we take to listen to music in Bidwell Park all the time. In other words, I plan to buy a few more of these.

I have used 3 of these wonderful little knives to convert several family members into Hobo's.

When coming from the woods, I make them use their knives to eat Vienna Sausages, straight out of the can, while sitting on the tailgate of their truck(s). They love the utility of the knife. It has changed their lives. Some of the family is talking about running away from home, and of course taking their Hobo knives with them.
