Like lots but 1 flaw and 2 design suggestions:
Pro: V. sturdy yet looks good.
Con: Heavy load eventually broke shoulder strap hinge.
Suggestion: Make front pockets wider or at least 1 wide pocket instead of 2, with 3 separate spaces. That would allow me to put PC power supply in one, various PC cables & adaptors in 2nd, and other office/travel stuff (post-it notes etc) in third - and easily retrieve only what I need.

Most importantly it is functional. Lots of pockets, holds legal size documents, checkbook, phonebook, calculator, etc. I put little containers in the front pockets to hold small items, paper clips, tape, markers, etc. Men and women ask about it at first glance wheather I'm on a construction site or in an office.

I got this bag when I got out of the military and started into transportation management, I wanted a ruggedly handsome leather briefcase (military only let's you have black or OD Green) to carry all my equipment. I travel 3-5 times a month and I always get complements on my briefcase walking through the airport. I even catch people reading the "Duluth Trading Co." tag to see where it's form. I love how the leather ages with scuffs and all the pockets fit what I need to carry.
I'll admit that small items shift and fall out of the open pockets on the x-ray machine so I put it in one of those grey TSA buckets and have never lost a dime. It fits under the seat on commercial jets so I can get to the magazine or file I brought with me to read in board.
In the world of black computer bags, it's great to show some rugged style yet still be a savvy traveler.

This is going to be an ongoing commentary. [...] Great 1st impression! The closure method is more "modern" than I prefer. I would be happiest with a buckle only. I understand the desire to want to stitch a logo piece to the bag but I prefer a "no name" look, I bought the bag and resent having to advertise. There is a "made in..." tag stitched to the lining/pocket inside. I would prefer something not permanent. Brass buttons on the bottom to take most of the wear from the floor would be preferable and worth another $15.00 to me.

Come on whimps. This thing is built like a saddle. I did have to hone the lathces to work but this thing will last a life time. Do not listen to too heavy or whatever. I travel more than most and this thing has one single word, a complimentary word ,,,, VALUE!!! buy this if you want something that might last more than 10 trips...

This bag works great for me. It is a little small inside which is fine for me but you won't be able to stuff it with a lot of traveling goods. I have had it about 2 months and it has held up great. Travels with me everywhere and everyday.
