Very solid jacket. Definitely heavy, but once you're wearing it, you probably won't notice that as much. The exterior feels just about bomb-proof, and the fleecy inner lining feels great. The pen/pencil pockets on the right sleeve were a pleasant surprise and the fact that it was available in medium tall (and fit accordingly) was awesome for this left-handed writing, 6'2" thinner guy.

I love this coat. It's tough, washes well. I can get really dirty and this coat just will not stain. I can tell after a year that this coat has a lot of life left in it. i am thinking about getting another in a different color. Similar action coats from other companies just don't compare, not even close.

I really like this jacket. Its stain resistant as I have spilled coffee on it and it wiped right off with no stain left. I will try to buy a second one of these if they go on sale.

I work in a bucket truck up high in the air with electricity, the hood ties up nice and tight. keeps wind and rain out.

Easy maneuverability while working outdoors in recent snowstorms. Was heavier than I expected for a jacket but was quite comfortable both during extreme physical labor and while sitting in a truck plowing snow.

I gave this jacket to my college senior student who is almost impossible to buy for. As soon as he opened the box he was thrilled. He felt that it was one of the best coats he as every received.(He always has received the designer top brands) During his winter vacation the weather was cold & winter snow cold. He told me that is was perfect alone and also a layering item.

I got this jacket for my truck dealer husband. He especially likes the knit cuffs and band at the waiste of the jacket. He has a long torso and the length is just right. The lined hood is nice and warm on these cold and windy New England
days.

I live in WA State, climate is mostly moderate. The jacket is a little on the heavy side. The inner core would be better with the insulated poly nylon lining instead of the fleece ( less friction when wearing long sleeve flannel shirts). Add a chest pocket that zips from the side. Use the tab style flap cover (like on the workman vests chest pocket) for external arm pockets ( easier to open if wearing gloves and acts as a pen or pencil pocket divider). I enjoy Duluth's quality products. Thank you
