Comments about Duluth Trading Men's Midweight Fire Hose Work Pants:

These feel great, easy to move around in. But I for a rip in each of the knees after about a month. Not the best for heavy work. Water resistant.

Comments about Duluth Trading Men's Midweight Fire Hose Work Pants:

The cut on these pants is better than the other Duluth pants I have owned. Unfortunately the material just does not hold up. They are the most comfortable pants ever, so I have bought several pairs at different times. With what I would call 'active household use' a knees gives out around 5 months. After only about 6 weeks my wife starts nagging me that the knees look shiny and worn (not a problem I have with other pants). Luckily the naggy wife is also handy and cuts them down into shorts so I can get another 6 months out of them before the crotch blows out. I am an avid cyclist, but the fabric just can't take the saddle wear. The last pair the rivets have been ripping out too.

Comments about Duluth Trading Men's Midweight Fire Hose Work Pants:

I just put these pants through the most grueling hike I have ever been on through the tip of the keweenaw peninsula (the top of Michigans Upper Peninsula) and They still look great. I love the gusseted crotch. I stayed dry through waves and swamps, and we bushwhacked the entire way. no stains. They took a heavy beating as I scrambled coastal rocks, crawled under trees, and pushed through THICK brush. I can't say enough about these pants. BUY THEM. I bought a pair for my dad, and im goin to buy another pair or two for myself.

Comments about Duluth Trading Men's Midweight Fire Hose Work Pants:

[...] My husband came home an hour later and put them on straight out of the bag for a road trip, and a new favorite pair of jeans was born. They have since worked their way into his casual business wear, and naturally his weekend favorites. I will be slipping a couple more of these under the tree, to replace his former worn to threadbare favorites. Love the pocket in a pocket feature for a pocket knife. Might be a wonderful idea to make a cell phone pocket in a pocket too.He is a fussy clothing customer that you have pleased, not an easy thing to do. Thank you- and congratulations Duluth!

Comments about Duluth Trading Men's Midweight Fire Hose Work Pants:

These pants are typical Duluth quality, it doesn't get much better. They are a far lighter weight than my Fire Hose Jeans (which I've been wearing for at least three years running), but are perfect for a day on the boat, in the office or just running around. My only complaint is that they need to ironed, they wrinkle pretty badly (unlike all my other jeans from Duluth)

I spent all day Saturday and Sunday in these pants stacking and splitting firewood. No tears and they likley prevented damage to my legs as well.

These are the best pants. I work part time in retail and these are the most comfortable pants. I can go from the inventory unloading a truck to going on the sales floor assisting customers in product information. I just ordered another pair.
