Women's Sizing Charts

Head: Measure around head, just above eyebrows. Convert inches to hat size using sizing chart.	Waist: Bend side to side to find natural waist. Measure around waist.	For best results, take measurements over your undergarments. Use a soft tape measure, and allow it to sit comfortably.
Bust: Keeping tape parallel to the floor, measure fullest part of chest with arms relaxed down at sides.	Inseam: Measure a pair of pants that fit you well. Measure from the crotch seam to bottom of pants. If you are measuring 100% cotton pants that have been washed, add 1⁄2".
Sleeve: Measure from center of back at neck to shoulder, over elbow and down to wrist.

Works as jacket or alone - feminine too

I wear mine in the office over a tank or alone, buttoned up. Great for casual office wear but also good for meetings. I joke that it's my "thin mint" top because I'm a Membership Manager for Girl Scouts of Michigan Shore to Shore. Doesn't wrinkle badly on days when I need to drive around the 3 counties I cover either. It may have faded just a tad...otherwise I love it.

absolutely love everything about this little jacket. stylish, yet very comfortable. i wish it came in more colors. would also be great to do a lighter weight version for warmer weather.

There's quite a bit of space between buttons, and busty women may find that a bit revealing, depending on how they move. One could always add a snap or hook and eye at the strategic spot(s). However, the top is well-structured, like a jacket, and pleasantly lightweight without being TOO light. I think I'll wear it over a lightweight tee with a skirt or jeans, or over a sleeveless casual dress. I like the fabric and the feel, as well as the neutral color.

A very comfortable shirt/jacket. The neckline is not too high or too low. The slightly fitted waist gives a nice look without being constraining. The green inner trim is a really classy touch. The fabric has a very organic natural feel about it. I wish it came in other colors. Really a keeper!

flattering

Flattering fit, great color outside and along the inside edge. Seemed a little scratchy at first but I'm sensitive that way (I have to remove shirt tags). Seemed to soften up after washing and drying.
I'm normally a medium but Duluth sizes seem bigger so small fits well.

I work in a casual environment and this shirt is perfect. The fit is great and made for "real" bodies. It goes with pants, skirts, jeans and goes from office to after work activities with ease. I only tolerate comfort in my clothes and this shirt fits the bill. It truly is my favorite shirt
