I did a bit of research before I settled on this tool roll and I like what I got. I needed something for the Harley and didn't quite like anything else out there. Didn't want velcro or buckles, just a simple tie down that's easy to get open when you're cold, wet and/or ticked off (the censors wouldn't let me say pi**ed off). I've stuffed it with everything I could think of for long rides into the Sierras and it isn't slim by any means but it's all there and looks pretty cool anyway. If you need more than what I have in there you should maybe look into a new bike. Seems to be of a quality that I'm coming to expect from DTC. I admit I'm a fairly recent buyer from these guys but I'm rapidly becoming a convert.

I am using this tool roll to hold my countersink drills and many other sharp tools, it holds a ton of stuff. It is very sturdy and keeps all those sharp tools away from one another. Believe me when I say I have learned to sharpen blades. all of my chisels and gouges are very sharp, enough to cut with just a brush or your hand. however, the firehose fabric is tough enough to stand up to that sharpness.

Transported tools to Dutch Harbor, AK. Kept the tools that I work with organized, protected and all in one place when I used them. I work in the remote parts of Alaska, travel with my tools and it is important that I have what I need and know where it is when I am working. I highly recommend this product if your maintenace work is outside the shop.

Bought this as a birthday gift for the fella. One night he made a comment about how cool it would be to have a tool roll and so that's how I ended up here. With all of the raving reviews, I just had to buy it. He was completely surprised when he opened the box and saw what it actually was. He didnt know that tool rolls were still made. The quality is amazing. I loved that leather smell. The canvas looks like it could handle future years of use. Its durable and I am quite happy that he can take whatever tools he needs on the site in a smaller, neater roll rather than his huge tool box. Plus if he decides to ride his motorcycle to work, it can be strapped right on the back or fit into his bag and he is ready to go. I would definitely recommend this product and store to my friends.

I got this product to hold some emergency tools in the trunk of my SUV. It handled a good variety of screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches, a pair of HD scissors, a knife, etc. While a hammer didn't fit into the tool slots, all I had to do was wrap it in the middle of the roll! Makes a small bundle, and keeps the tools quiet, but still handy. It did exactly what I expected it to do. Well made, and will hold up to plenty of hard use.
