Its always the simplest things that a dog will love the best. I'm glad I tried this toy for my yellow labby. Puppy happy, daddy happy, nuff said. Pets enjoyment offsets the cost good value.

Really like the material, it is soft and pliable--wouldn't hurt if accidentally hit someone. Long length makes it ideal for any size dog. Won't bruise or cut the animal's mouth if they bump or jam into something while carrying the "stick." Great gift idea for your favorite person with a fetch-it type dog. Haven't used it long enough to know how it holds up.

This would ONLY serve for a toss and fetch item. This does not serve well with an even mildly agressive chewer. Do not leave your dog unsupervised with this item. It did not hold up well and was easily torn apart at first usage.

I was fishing & my Staffie Bull would chase the toy in the watter, Until my Mastif got a hold of if & then The tug of war started (it lasted about 10 min That a reckord,!!fun fun fun.The only bad thing is it;s not a chue toy [...]So if you don't use it as a chue toy it great.

My dogs didn't really care for it but I believe once we get it in the lake, they'll love it.

Our dog, Ruff, loved the Ruff Dawg Stick. He was sad though when it only held up to his fetching and tug of war for two months. He wishes it would've been more durable to better suit his active lifestyle. It is now in three pieces and he now has to go back to his old toys that aren't as much fun but have lasted longer.

I had one of these for my first dog who never liked to play fetch, but I liked the toy. (BTW, the first one was grass green and I mowed over it a lot) Well then I got a Lab mix who lives to fetch. I had to go on a search to find this thing!!! Our new one is yellow and I love it! So does "Hawk"! He likes that it's squishable and stretchy to chew on and tug with. I like that it's bright colored, easy to throw and easy to find in the yard.

The only "con" would be the price. Hawk has lost track of a few tennis balls at the river, so I refrain from taking "expensive" toys to the river anymore.

Dog Loves it, he chases it, he tosses it, he loves the versility of it. Most of all it has lasted, no matter what he has done to it, it's still a toy he can play with, indoors or out. One warning, make sure when your dog flips it, it is no where near an HDTV or a window, that darn thing can really fly.

I have four dogs, 2 Boston Terriers, 1 Boxer and 1 English Bulldog and all of them love this toy. In fact, they will at times play tug of war with it. And it has yet to show any signs of wear or any type of breakage. I highly recommend this toy for all dogs.
