Rock-solid Hickory Cane for herding, hiking, walking icy streets
Having grown up in a log cabin in the forest, Abraham Lincoln was no stranger to wood. He knew its resolute strength and character, qualities he himself embodied. Maybe that’s why he carried this exact type of cane – rock-solid hickory, cut in winter, steam-bent by hand on a wood-peg jig. Ours is made the identical way, just as it’s been done for hundreds of years. Only difference? Lincoln’s did not have a rubber tip (hadn’t been invented yet), and his name was spelled out the length of the cane. Approximately 37" high. Made in USA.
