Received the marshmellow cookers but haven't tried them. Only possible problem is the stick you attach these devices to make catch fire before your hotdog or marshmellow is cooked. I guess I'll use a green stick.

There are two things I have had problems with using these. They rotate if food not centered and I had one come off the end of the stick and fall into fire. Easy fix for both problems is to cut notches into the sides of the stick where the front end sits. It will push into notches and will not slide off or rotate.

It's all about the memories and not the bucks. We grab the kids and head to the beach for a bonfire and comraderie at the Marine Base. While the fire fork won't hold an apple to roast it, it's the right tool to to deploy a marshmallow over the fire for proper roasting.

nice gift for families; you still get to use your favorite stick but the cooking end can be "cleaned". Cut the right diameter stick and the fork really holds on; no lost food!
