      Comments about Survivor Knife:

This is a great knife. It is very lightweight and is incredibly sharp. I use it @ work on various tasks (I am a landscaper/salesman). This knife can cut throught anything. The whistle is great if you get lost in the woods like I once did. And the firestarter works very well to. Outdoors I use it to cut rope, twine, etc. Indoors I use it to cut open packages, eat, etc. All in all, this is a great product that I highly recommend.

        Comments about Survivor Knife:

I wrote an earlier review recommending this knife for its incredible range of use, quality construction and efficient design. It's also a cool survival weapon that has the stuff to get you out of tough situations, such as getting lost overnight on a frigid winter, or early spring trail, or if the car breaks down on a lonely country road. I just bought two additional knives as a gift for my son and daughter and a tin of MayaDust each. I feel better knowing they keep it in their cars as an emergency survival package.

          Comments about Survivor Knife:

I use it in projects scoring and cutting wallboard, cutting rope and as a general utility knife. Used it camping cutting kindling, cleaning fish and as an eating utensil. Tried spearing fish but need more practice. The ability to attach in parallel with the belt allows more freedom and comfort of movement, especially when working fast, bending, crouching and climbing.

              Comments about Survivor Knife:

I used this product 2 weeks ago on a back country ski trip in the cascades. It worked great. i was able to cut up some down limbs with the blade and and start a fire off the kindling with the fire starter. Not that i needed to, but good to know. Super light weight, you wont even know its on you.
