Comments about Tool Belt - DTPro Framer's Rig:

overall bags are comfy and have plenty of room, But the construction is less than desireable. Stiching needs to be better, and the belt is another story, if you buy them change the belt right away, metal gromets start falling out almost immediatly. the stiching started ripping out after the first month. I can normally get at least 2 yrs out of my bags and these made it 1 with me stiching and riviting them together a few times

Comments about Tool Belt - DTPro Framer's Rig:

Purchased the belt and was thoroughly impressed. Size and organization was superb (tape clip being everyone's exception). After less that one week the internal pocket stitching failed, now three pockets fast becoming one. Then noticed the bag-to-belt tack stitching was also becoming frayed and that the grommetted belt holes were also fraying. very disapointed, sent it back.

Comments about Tool Belt - DTPro Framer's Rig:

Purchased this tool belt for my son. He likes the adjustability and size of pockets, plus all the little pockets for tools (chisels, torpedo level, speed square, etc.). Beats his old split-front leather apron, which spilled fasteners if he squatted, or climbed on a structure.

The overall design on these bags is great but they start to fall apart immediately. They didn't make it through one house.

Comments about Tool Belt - DTPro Framer's Rig:

I am a full time framer. The pouch is fairly well designed. It has nice big main pocket pouches and lots of small pockets/slots for things such as nail punches and chisels. But it is lacking any larger secondary pouches for things such as a chalk line or my calculator. But most of that is personal preference. What i am having trouble with is the stitching. Within the first week I caught my pencil on a stud and it ripped the stitching down the side.I was able to painstakingly sew it back up myself. Later I also caught the speed square pouch on a board and have ripped the stitching on that. Maybe I am just hard on equipment..... All in all it doesn't seem like a bad pouch but it is nothing special in my book. I will be looking elsewhere next time.

I wear this rig all day, It's one of the better I've had in 15 years of professional experience. Climbing around rafters broke off a front hammer loop way to easy though...

Comments about Tool Belt - DTPro Framer's Rig:

This was an upgrade from the apron style belt I usually wear. This is a great set up, the best thing being that IT FITS MY WAIST SIZE. No loose end of the belt to cut off or wrap around itself. The velcro closure actually holds the belt in place, the belt is just insurance.

The pouches are well thought out and organized. Took a day or two to get use to the new setup, but it works great. Fully loaded it sits well on the hips, so it's comfortable - especially the wide belt.

Here's the tweaks: Like everyone says, the tape clip just doesn't work. Put one on the back between the pouch and the hammer holder, or even better, combine one (or two) with the D ring up front. The other tweak: Add a fourth D ring so suspenders could be added if need be.

Stitching does not hold up. Good for at home, or light duty, not recommended for every day use.
