It is well constructed and worked great fully extended. However, the way advertised it sounded like a intermediate height and there isn't. I am a senior so closed all the way doen't work to be able to sit on like the manufactor suggested. That is why only 4 stars instead of 5

The Walkstool is user friendly but you have to figure out how to straddle it initially . For folks like me with ample buttocks ,seating could be wider . It is a life saver on the feet when hanging at the garage with the fellas . I have two ,one in each truck .

This will be used to provide seating at grandkids' soccer/baseball/football/, etc. games as well as fishing, shopping, or any place where seating is not readily available.

I returned it to get the 26" size.

The stool doesn't stand on it's own in the shorter, non-extended position. You can't really reach or stand up without it falling over.

Sports photography requires you to be on your feet for extended periods, with very brief periods for rest. The day is long at a horse show, and it always seems that the perfect position for a good backdrop is nowhere near the bleachers. You need to take a chair with you. I sling my camera over my right shoulder, the stool in its carry bag over my left, grab my monopod and go. After shattering my ankle in a riding accident standing for long periods doesn't work. This stool is a lifesaver, and the tallest one available with the highest load capacity. Extremely well made and lightweight the only flaw is that it doesn't stay deployed well on uneven ground, and needs to be readjusted before sitting on it. Small price to pay for those brief but blessed rest moments between rounds.

If you are less than 6 ft. tall this is not the one for you. It is too high for most people and does not feel comportable to sit in. It is very unstable.

You can fold it up and you can take it with you which is the greatest attribue. Otherwise, it's not worth the money.

My husband has two artifical knees and this is perfect for car show, working around the house or in the yard, when he needs to recoup for a few minutes.

I use this for video productions. It's easy to get in and out of and, gives me a place to rest my feet between takes. Very portable, yet very strong. I'm 6'3" and love the tallest one. And I'm 275lbs and it feels very secure.
