High quality at a high price. Unfortunately, the two have to go together. I will use it at trade shows, voting lines, etc. where there is no place to sit down and rest. (I have back problems.) The only thing I would change would be to add a sling to carry it on my back, out of the way.

Comments about Walkstool - Comfort 22 inches:

The compact size and light weight of this stool make it easy to carry around to sporting events, work sites, or any place where you "think" you might get tired of standing and need a sturdy place to sit down. I'm buying another one for my aging parents to use because it's compact and light enough for elderly people to easily carry around with them for those times when their legs get weak. I'd have given it 5 stars if it was designed in a way that the same stool could accomodate different sitting heights, either through having additional "lock button holes" in the legs or some other method. It has "5-star" build quality.

Bought this to use in a tree stand and around camp. I don't trust the folding chairs available on the market. This stool seems to fit the bill. Good product. A bit expensive but if it can support me I'll pay the price.

I love Duluth Trading. Most of my clothes, some of my tools, and a lot of other things around my home are Duluth. Their quality is second to none. And along with their warranty, you just can't go wrong.
                        However...
I sent a review in about this stool around a month ago. It was not a very good review, so I am not overly surprised that they didn't post it.
Since then, I returned the old stool, and they sent me a replacement.
Mr Duluth, I'll make you a deal. If you post my previous review, I will give you an honest opinion of the replacement that you sent me.
                        Fair deal?

Comments about Walkstool - Comfort 22 inches:

I got this to take with me when going to the Big "E" fair in Mass. A lot of walking and sometimes not enough seating for when my back starts bothering me. I simply un-sling from my shoulder and snap out the legs and instant sturdy seat. I'm a big boy and I feel very secure on this stool. I returned the 22" for the 26" for my 6'1" frame and am quite happy. You might want to rig up a wider carry strap if your going to sling it over your shoulder though.

I have had one of these stools for years. I was a test engineer and there was never a place to sit when we were out running tests. I bought this stool and found that it was light and would easily fit in a backpack. I started taking it to all of the job sites and when I went hiking and backpacking. I recently purchased one for my son so that I could get mine back. He is a controls engineer and he found that it was so easy to pack and take to job sites.

Comments about Walkstool - Comfort 22 inches:

This stool is hands-down the most amazing contraption I have seen in quite some time. I purchased it for my husband for Fathers' Day at his none-too-subtle hint (The stool was dog-eared and circled in the catalogue!) He's not a small guy and has destroyed several lesser stools. This one gets a ton of action, both for work and for play.

For play, we have a rather off-beat hobby. We do historic re-creation of Renaissance and Medieval periods. My husband gears up with an additional 30-50 pounds of armor and engages in martial training with like-minded crazies. Between the sheer weight of the armored man (pushing 300 pounds) and the armor itself, the walk atool is a champion of endurance.

I bet I'll never have to buy another stool.

Comments about Walkstool - Comfort 22 inches:

I teach Aikido, a Japanese Martial Art, at a local University. Usually, there are not chairs in the Gym area where I teach. I have arthritis and the Walkstool gives me a chair to use when I am doing paperwork or conducting Testing during class. It is comfortable and easy to use. And because it collapses, it is easy to transport back and forth. Also It stores well in a small locker.

I bought this to use at work. The Telecommunication rooms do not have chairs, and we have hundreds of rooms. This has been great to use. I could have bought less expensive stools, but Duluth has quality products. I'm willing to spend more for quality.
