These cheaters are very comfortable and useful in many situations, though I prefer the polarized bifocals for driving and sailing in bright sunlight. The only downside is that the bifocal lens is set a bit too low for convenient use. The yellow lenses are excellent for driving in low-light conditions.

Great safety glasses; a different lens for different lighting conditions and "cheaters" so I can see the small things close up without having to put on my reading glasses.

These glasses are lightweight, effective reading lenses but not durable enough for the workplace.They were intended to replace the lick-and-stick cheaters I used in the past. Unfortunately, the mounting strategy for the replaceable lenses is too flimsy to be trusted in a work setting; a jolt or unsought contact can dislodge a lens.I spend much time in the woods afoot or on a mountain bike. I fall. I get slapped in the face by limbs, and I expect my shades to protect me from these intrusions. These lenses don't do the job, so I'll try superglue on my lick-and-stick lenses ([$]ea) attached to low cost safety shades [$], and use the Duluth units for driving and beach wear.

On 08/08/10 I ordered item number 69158 3 Multi-Lens Cheaters.[...] on 8/13/10 set off on a Canadian fishing trip with my cousins near Lake Abitibi. The first time we unloaded my 17 ft. canoe from the top of my truck, my cousin lost control of his end. The canoe smashed into my right eye. Had I not been wearing my new Cheaters, I'd have no doubt suffered a serious eye injury which would have ended my trip I am quite sure. It was the very first time I used my new shades. The smoked lens suffered a wide scratch across the center this could have been my eye. I am extremely pleased to have NOT received an eye injury - the multi lens cheaters paid for themselves right there on the spot first time out!

Was impressed with the storage case all lens and frame store neatly inside. First used the clear lens most of the time cant even notice having them on. I work in a repair center for oil field equipment with lots of hanging lights, the blue lens filter out the yellow color of the overhead lighting and seem to make laptop computer screen look brighter. Let me focus on small area without tired eyes. Not sure if they are safety for field work but great inside workshop where eye protection is required. Wish one set of lens were polorized for fishing in bright sunlight. The dark lens are good for shades but cant see into the water.

Fabulous for motorcycling. Safety glasses with lenses for any lighting condition that also allow those of us with fineprintitis to see a map/GPS without pulling over to fumble with reading specs.
