Nice fit and warm without being too bulky. Good for running errands or cardio exercise in cold weather. Too light weight for non aerobic activities.

THESE BEAT THE ONES I'VE HAD FOR YEARS FROM ANOTHER COMPANY, HANDS DOWN (EXCUSE THE PUN)

I purchased these for my 13 year old daughter who doesn't like "too big" or "too bulky" or "too tight" and she loves them. So I had to snag them and try them out while walking the dog today in 18 degree temp....they were warm! And soft! Great pair of mittens.

I was surprised at how thin and cheap the fabric of these are. I have a spare pair of gloves I got a couple years ago and they are nice and thick in the fingers to keep you good and warm and feel substantial. I am so glad I bought this on sale rather than full price. At least they don't smell bad like the gloves did. I don't think these have the deerskin palms though, so that's a bit of a loss. Fingers stay somewhat warm if it is not too cold outside. Decent enough for what I paid, and truly more of a spare pair than the gloves were. Not something I'd buy on their own and bother paying S&H for.

These were just what I wanted for cold weather driving, as my hands tend to get very cold.

I use them with a light liner glove (allows me to take off the mittens and tie shoes, etc. without exposing my fingers to the cold) for jogging in the morning (16 F). If I get snow on them I can brush it off without it melting first.
I ordered these as an alternative to my spare pair gloves, for colder days. I ordered in the same size as I wear for the gloves which fit great. Problem: I am swiming in the XL mittens. Even the large (which I purchased for my Mom's smaller hand) is a bit big. I can actually wear a pair a knit gloves under the XL's - so I will keep them for the extreme cold days, but in future I would order at least one size small!
