Women's Flex Fire Hose® Jacket

Love the soft yet rugged flex fire hose fabric, and to have a beautifully designed jacket that can handle a variety of adventures makes it even better. I am 5'4" and usually wear a size 8. I ordered a medium because I wanted enough room to layer if necessary. The medium fits just right on me. This jacket really moves and stretches with my movements, thanks to the flex fabric and the stretching panels at the back near the shoulder blades. Plenty of useful pockets for carrying dog treats, cell phone, and other gear. Thank you, Duluth!

I bought this jacket thinking about a trip I will be taking this winter traveling from the cold and wet to the warm and sunny. This will be great at the Portland airport with a sweater underneath and in Florida over a t-shirt. The stretchy gussets on the back of the shoulders will be nice when juggling luggage. This was my first purchase from Duluth and I am very pleased.

I am in love with this jacket! I bought it to use when I do garden work, but I find myself wearing it around the house and around town. It looks great, but is practical, too. My favorite features are the numerous roomy pockets, the two-way zipper, and the perfect amount of stretch. I am 5'3" 125#, and ordered the small size in dark coral (the color is GREAT!). The sleaves are a little long for me, so I roll them up for working, but other than that the fit is fine, and there is room for a light layer underneath. The drawstring at the waist and stand up collar really helps keep you warm, but it isn't too hot to wear on warmer sping/fall days. You really can wear this jacket almost all year long! I highly recommend it! The only thing that could make it better would be adding a hood, especially a detachable one.

Cozy in foggy windy weather when I'm out and about all day. The many pockets hold all those little things I need within easy reach. Plus it looks great!

Love this jacket...it feels like a well tailored light weight barn coat. But much dressier. I can wear this just about anywhere...well maybe not to a cocktail party in Manhattan, but I won't be attending one of those anytime soon. They'd probably look askance at my workboots too... : )

I have looked for a cargo like jacket for awhile, several I have sent back, this one is just what I wanted. I am usually a Med, got this in a LG, it's a little big, but will be able to wear hoodie or sweater under with lots of room. Fits really good, like the longer length in the arms. The pockets are a real plus for me, with iPhone etc, plenty of spaces for whatever. The olive green is perfect. Shipping was very fast. I love this jacket. I have other Duluth coats, and the double zipper is a PLUS.

This has immediately become my favorite summer jacket for our cool Alaskan summers. Keeps the bugs off and is very comfortable to layer in for hikes in the bush. Pockets are perfect to stash gear in and keep hands free.

I bought this jacket before my recent trip to Ireland and Scotland, knowing that it can be rainy and cold - even in summer months, which was the case. I loved this jacket! It was perfect for the weather over there and I sometimes wore a hoodie underneath on particularly cold days and it was awesome. I would highly recommend it and will continue to get good use here in New England, particularly for cool evenings and fall weather.

The Flex fire hose jacket is great. I purchase it in coral and the color is quite extraordinary. Jacket is everybit as described on the catalogue. I use it on cool/windy days and it is enough to protect me without the bulk of a havier jacket. Lots of pockets to carry just about everything as I don't like carrying purses. The pocket inside for a cell phone is great. Jacket material has the right amount of spandex to make it very comfortable. I recommend it if you like an easy comfortable jacket on the go. Customer service was extremely helpful when I call to ask questions before buying it. Thank you.

I bought a firehose jacket, small. I love the cut, durable fabric for walking my puppy who tends to jump up and the coral color. The only suggestion I have is about the sizing. A small is for 6-8. (xtra small is size 4) Only the small size was available so I was concerned it would be too big since I am a size 4 in everything. It turns out that the small fits me almost perfectly, but is a tiny bit snug across the upper back! I am small boned and only weigh 110. I definitely will not be able to wear a sweater under it. Sizing can be a make or break feature when ordering and being satisfied. I am keeping the jacket, but think Duluth should reexamine the sizing so I can buy other things and be assured of a perfect fit. Otherwise, great jacket!
