Used as a gun shooting range bag to carry guns, ammo and safety gear. Did not have the external straps holding the level in the picture that I was going to use for carrying rolled up targets but great otherwise.

This bag is well constructed and really well thought out. I like the fold away handle and the fact that it stays open . Good size to hold plenty of tools but not so big that it turns into an anchor to carry around. I keep my most often used tools in it for home repair/maintenance.

I used this bag to replace a bag I got from you many years ago. The old bag had more pockets and a smaller main compartment which I liked better. This bag is much stouter and better built. I love the metal handle.

Great tool bag! Very well constructed. I own two, and have purchased one for Dad. Carries heavy tools (cordless drills & saws, etc.) without sagging. The rigid, heavily padded handle swivels out-of-the-way, and is the best I've found on any bag. The many pockets and dividers help keep everything organized.

The only "con" is that I'd also like a smaller model for special uses (e.g., one for my electrical tools, one for my mechanic's tools, etc.).

Highly recommended as a quality product, at a fair price.

One of my biggest pet peeves is the amount of flimsy, junk being pedaled off on the public. The DTPro Open Top Tool Bag is anything but flimsy. It's the only open face bag that I've found that is built with the "overkill" factor. It's that solid. I got tired of rummaging through my metal toolbox and bought this so I could fit my "go to" tools in an organized manner, but that I could still easily--and quickly--find what I'm looking for. Hands down, one of the best investments I've ever made. If you had plenty of spare time you might find a few ways to improve on this bag, but in all honesty it's made my life so much easier I've got to give it 5 Stars for "improving my quality of life." If you believe in buying the right tools once and growing old with your gear, this is the bag for you.

I'm an instrument technician. I carry quite a few hand tools and some test equipment. The bag gets a lot of use and is always loaded full (runs about 25 or so lbs). Things are easy to find and the bag holds up well to day in day out use. I'm planning on getting another one later for the back of my truck.
