Surprisingly good material - at first I guessed it could not be that durable, but I have had it going on two years without any tears. I find it comfortable to wear in hot, muggy weather.
I like the style, but the collar is kind of fussy. The material is not stiff enough to wear the collar buttoned down - it looks best to let the collar spread so the two sides stay even with each other. I will probably just snip the collar buttons off when I get tired of looking at them.

This is my favorite shirt. I like everything about it, and the big front pockets are perfect for my gear like notepad, glasses, cellphone, pencil and whatever else.
Someone asked that the mesh and elastic in the back be changed. I hadn't even noticed they were there till I read that, so I guess it's not a problem.

really terrific shirt. have had bamboo t-shirts for years, this is like a heavier version of them. benefits -- the ultimate travel shirt (dries real fast); best moisture wicking i've had for hot weather. have only once put it through the dryer. when it comes out, just shake it & wrinkles vanish. have to see it to believe it. appears to wear well. just imagine, the shirt is made from something that grows like a weed because it IS a weed. I would be real happy if you offered more bamboo products, this thing is super convenient for work, travel etc

I wear these shirts on personal hiking trips, as well as on my jobs (potter, and guide for adventure travel). They are cool and comfortable, dry quickly, and don't get smelly. They look nice enough to wear while traveling or in casual restaurants, so when I need to pack light, these versatile shirts are my first choice.

The first one I bought does not have a mesh panel or elastic strap across the back, and that one is by far my favorite - definitely a 5 star product. I have two newer ones which do have the mesh back panel and the elastic strap. The mesh panel makes the shirt heavier and not as cool, and the elastic strap feels weird on my back. I really don't mind if the little bit of mesh sewn into the back arm vents gap out a bit while I am wearing it - please go back to the original design and lose the mesh panel and elastic strap!

like most Duluth shirts, sizing runs a bit full. Normally I purchase XL size when I buy shirts. Duluth shirts and jackets allow me to use a size large.

My husband ordered one of these for himself for work. He loved it so much I got him another one for Christmas. If the shirt looks 'slightly wrinkled' out of the dryer, it smooths right out when you put it on. Comfortable, looks good, and of course, stays tucked in. What more could you want?

I know 'real men' aren't supposed to say this but this is one fabulously comfortable shirt. I forget I even have it on! I ordered two and then after I wore them I ordered two more.

what they aren't telling you is this:

1) bamboo (as a plant) has a natural resistance to all kinds of bugs. When you turn it into a shirt, that means a natural resistance to many kinds of bacteria. (I'd swear that mosquitoes hate these shirts too, but that's just an impression & I couldn't prove it).
2) this means that bamboo shirts are IDEAL if you're traveling, especially (as I have to do) if you need to spend extended time in warm or hot/humid climates where water is a scarce commodity so you don't end up spending a lot of time showering or doing laundry. Bamboo clothing tends to function as (how can I put it delicately?) a kind of fabric-version of a deodorant.
3) additionally, the stuff rinses easily (with minimal water, important if you're in the kinds of places i am) and dries very rapidly.
4) it's extremely comfortable. It's like wearing silk. Where I work, wrinkles are irrelevant, but if you shake these things a few times most wrinkles just kind of disappear. You can stuff these into a backpack for traveling and wear them as soon as you arrive.

I don't write lots of gushing reviews about products, but I'd say this: stock up on thise. Encouage Duluth to market a long-sleeve version (if you're in one of those jobs that requires ties, these look perfectly fine). And it'd be great if someone still sold bamboo undergarments (I have a drawer full but do not know if they're still out there on the market).

One final note, and to me it's critical: bamboo grows like a weed, b/c it IS a weed. Its use for clothing and other things (like high quality writing paper) is helping to restore economic activity to parts of the world where things like teak were overharvested.
