Fire Hose/Leather Jammer Duffel

I have been looking for a carry on bag that was not generic and yet could hold enough for a long weekend on it's own or as a companion bag for longer trips. Lots and lots of options out there but mostly either much more expensive or else just no differentiation among other bags a million other people use. I have used it several times and it looks like it will hold up very well, can be packed (judiciously) for a trip that lasted four days with no problem and yet still be easily carried. The lack of structure helps when needing to"fit it in" an over head compartment and can be stuffed absolutely full to max out it's holding capacity.

Perfect size and rugged good looks. Very sturdy and holds loads of gear for overnight or vacation.

I will use this bag for 1-2 nights max. it has a some pockets inside to keep small thins easily accessible. The leather trim makes a nice accent as well as extra strength.

This is a VERY nice duffel bag. The construction is sturdy. It looks as though it will be able to take a beating and last for a long time. My only gripe is that the zippered opening seems small--I have to work to pack and unpack the bag. Kind of like using a shoehorn to get your foot into a shoe. Nevertheless, after buying a succession of cheaper bags only to have them fail after a couple of years, I'm thinking this one will be with me for a long time.

I really wanted a medium sized, heavy duty bag, that I could fill with a couple nights worth of clothes and would shrug off abuse. This is the bag. I thought about it for some time because it is a little pricey, but knowing the quality of other items I have purchased from Duluth, I decide to buy TWO. The only drawback to this bag is that it needs to be aired out a little before use as it still smells from the manufacturing process, this will take a few days.

Bought this bag as a gift and it couldn't be more perfect. It's super durable and utilitarian but also quite handsome. I foresee many travels for this lil' guy.

Perfect duffle for short trips and as carry on for flights. Roomy with extra pockets. Durable straps and rugged material.

Old time Quality, great looking travel bag, the kind that will last for years.

I'm impressed by the quality of this bag; it is rugged enough to take the beating received when traveling abroad in Asia and small enough to function as a carry on with enough room to take between 1 to 2 weeks of clothing and basic needs.
