I bought these pants because they looked heavy, had pockets and a hammer loop for when I don't need to wear my bags. I bought them at the beginning of a new job....house construction. I'm on my knees a lot from the foundation all the way through the finish and had my doughts that they would hold up, but we are almost done and the pants are still going with hardly and show of wear on the knees! The only issue I have is that from the beginning the zipper would not stay up. Very annoying! If the zipper worked I would give these a 5 star

Outstanding fit and durability. I have gone through so many stores looking for pants that fit like these and last that i was beginning to look for custom tailors. By chance i saw the commercial for the Duluth Trading Company and out of desperation i tried it. It was so amazing that i immediately ordered another pair! Too bad this company doesn't make suits for men!! As a teacher they work for the classroom and as an avid DIY'er i've fallen in love with this product and company

This is the third time I have bought fire house pants for my son who is a mechanic for heavy equipment. He cannot destroy your pants,
even though he has gotten paint, oil, grease, set them on fire welding. Now if I could only get him to wear something else.

Good tough pants for demolition projects and running chain saw all day. The material is strong and flexible. Just get a little sweaty on hotter days but I still wear em.

I've been in the tree care business for over 10 years and these pants have proven to be the best pair I've owned for this type of work. Tough, rugged and durable pants. The first time I wore these pants they felt like I had worn them in for two months, super comfortable! Stain resistant and water repellant are great and make working outside in the rain much more enjoyable, as you aren't soaked in 5 minutes. Awesome pants!
