Keen Detroit Mid Steel Toe Boots

I wish I found these shoes ten years ago.I am a Union Construction Worker and am on my feet all day.I have been wearing these for a few weeks now and can say I dont even realize I'm wearing them. they are the most comfortable work shoes I have ever owned.The comfortable insole fits in very well over my orthotics too! Plenty wide enough as well.

I'm a heavy equipment operator for a smallish development company so I run everything from a shovel to an excavator in all types of weather. I've had these boots for a year now. Within 5 months the leather split behind the steel toe on the right boot. These just do not hold up to heavy construction use. They are comfortable though.

Bottom line: There are boots for $50.00 less that have very similar features and service life.

I would buy again in a minute

Keen work boots have a larger steel toe,I do commercial plumbing working on my knees most of the time. I find these boots do not cut into my toes like regular steel toe boots.and yes being a plumber i do suffer from plumbers butt and found the longtail tees great

I would love to try these boots but you should make them available in 8" hight as well. Being former Military those are the only boots I like, and they need to be steel toe.

Hope you guys are planning something soon.... My current boots are almost at the end of their life.

Love these boots! In the lawn care business and ordered these boots this spring. Very comfortable! In them all day. Ordering another pair for casual wear for this fall/winter.

I work as a mechanic in a bus yard, so I'm always walking on concrete/asphalt. These boots are comfortable all day long and are surprisingly light for steel-toes. I will buy these again.

First pair of boots I've bought with trying them on, and I couldn't be more impressed. I am an Auto Insurance Adjuster and swear by these. Professional looks, my feet love em', and I don't have to worry about spills in shops or tow yard obsticles. I will be buying another pair when these are used up. I've had them about a month and there is little to no signs of wear.
