I used this hat anytime I work in sun and heat. The mesh is breathable with the solid top to keep from burning yourself. The brim is wide and protects everything from your nose to the back of your neck. This hat feels like it will last for a long time. It really is the perfect hat.

1) The hat needs improvement on the lanyard lock - pressed with all my might (6'2" 249 lbs.), it was still hard to manuver.
2) For a hat called the crusher, it shouldn't arrive with creases.
3) All though the hat was close to true size, it might be a little bigger than what most will expect - more of a preference, probably.

I work outdoors at a State Park in Nevada, where the sun and wind can be brutal. I love my crusher hat - I keep it rolled up in my cargo pocket until it heats up around noon-ish, then I whip out the hat, and it looks perfect. It's functional, practical, and the darn thing looks good too!

Great for camping. Used it to cover from the sun, the rain and the night's dew. I washed it back home and it dried up with it's original shape. Good hat so far.
