I bought these hats for our employees to wear on the cold days working on the farm, they look great and the guys love them! I cannot believe how soft they were. If I didn't have a thick head of hair, I'd be wearing one too!

I wear a 7 5/8 and found the XL-2XL about right in circumference but slightly snug at the crown. Elongated bill not my favorite.
