I looked at some really nice RedWing boots and then saw these in the Duluth catalogue. The price point caused me to say "why not give these a try"? Boy am I glad I did. These are great boots...and the soles give your knees a break when you have them on for a long day. And as I break them in, I like them more and more.

I own quite of few pair of high end boots. Lucceshe, Danner, etc. You won't be dissapointed with these. They are well stitched, comfortable, quality made boots with soft but thick leather. I have only two critiques. First, they fit good but not perfect. Length is true to size, width is true to size, but they tend to fit a bit tight across to top of my foot. I got em wet with hot water in the bathtub and they broke in right away. The only other thing that makes them less than absolutely perfect is the grabbers for the laces. I feel like they should be made a little tougher for this type of boot. Buy these things. You'll love them.

As a construction worker (framing, concrete set up) I demand a lot from my foot wear. This is my second pair of these boots and I look forward to the incredible service and longevity that my first pair provided. In addition to the durabilty of these boots, they wear wonderfully right out of the box. I wear a size 14 and never worry about the fit or comfort when I am ordering from Duluth Trading. When my lady finally spotted me wearing these stylish work boots, she was speachless. My devilsh good looks compounded by these rugged boots made me irresistable. To fight the urge was futile, she immediately ran over to me, jumped in my arms and kissed me as if I'd been gone for years.
