If you have big calves like I do, I would suggest that you purchase the crew socks and not the over the calf style. They are a bit tight through the calves. Otherwise, they keep you warm. I recently wore them during the cold snap when I had to be outdoors.

Since I was a young guy my feet have gotten cold about November of each year and haven't warmed up again until say April. I am now retired living in Colorado. I thought I would give these socks a try. Where were you folks back in the Forties and Fifties. First time in my life, warm feet in December and January. I wear them daily around the house without shoes and of course when we go out. Really enjoy them.

The XL size really is. Fits my size 14 feet very well. I'm sure there is enough sock for size 15.

I have been looking for good warm socks that keep their shape. These do that well. I bought 5 pair then when I needed to bump another order for free shipping I bought a 6th pair. I wear them every day.
