floppy brim in disarray..could not shape it..size says xl but would probably be a size 7 1/4. returned the hat. happy with return policy

The hat appears to be well-made; however, the hat I received looks nothing like the photo. It apparently can't be shaped and I look like Otis Campbell from Andy Griffith. I guess it would be a great hat to go out [*] in because if you loose it, you haven't lost much. I'm fortunate I got it on sale for [$]: otherwise, I would have been pretty peaved if I paid $39.99 for it.

Great service...received my shipment in a reasonable time frame.
Just bought this hat, it fit just a little tight. The hat arrived a little malformed because other items were resting on it in the box and I'm not sure how to straighten it back out. Other than this, the hat looks like it was made really well and I'm sure I can get it back into shape.
Very well made, but I was attracted to the picture of hat. it refuses to be shaped for a decent look. doesn't look anything like the pic. I will find a hat like what attracted me to this purchase.

The service and delivery of all your products has always been outstanding, even if I wasn't pleased with the merchandise.
Hat is nice looking but they only have med and lg/xl. I have purchase six different hats before and purchased xl and they all fit (7 5/8 hat size)
The xl is more like a 7 1/2 or maybe even smaller!!!! Had to pay freight to myself and back to them!
