I use it as brief case/man purse. I can carry everything I need with me day-to-day and still have room for extras.

This bag rocks! I'm a full time critical care paramedic (that's my duty) that's also going to grad school. It does great at holding different types of gear. I really like having the one big pocket with dividers than a lot of narrow pockets. Allows the bar to hold a bulky item like a hoodie without feeling bulky. I recently flew and took several day hikes. It works great as a carry on and fit under the seat. The lap top compartment did a great job of keeping my iPad safe even with my feet resting on the bag mid flight. This bag also stands up on its own which is a plus.
It is very comfortable to wear even when heavy. Just properly tighten the straps when it's on you like with any pack (if they are properly tightened you you have to loosen them to get it off)

So I bought this for our next trip to Disney...but it arrived just before a short trip to Charleston. So, first of all, the mid sized laundry bag my came in is a really nice touch. I quickly got some use out of it on my trip. On to the Bulldozer. Very sturdy. Mine replaced a plain old Eastpack that had a busted strap. I needed something that had lots of pockets. And this bag fit the bill. For Charleston trip, I was upgraded to the back of the minivan whilst my wife and her friend was up front. I used the bag at first to manage the movies I watched on the way down. The stretchy dividing material was helpful in managing and navigating the storage area. Additionally, the bag held snacks, phone, money, etc. It turned out to be a great organizer of stuff for a trip. And the bag is not too big either....The Earbud cut out is OK, but maybe not necessary. The leather is a nice touch. On the way back, I used the bag to hold all the gifts I had bought in Charleston in addition to managing all of the aforementioned stuff. The padded back is nice, and there are so many pockets, it is like they made this bag out of some Duluth firehose cargo work pants. If you own such pants, you know what I mean. Overall a solid bag....And although a tad pricey...worth it to me.

                  Fantastic Every Day Bag

                  • School Bag Trip Bag

I have used this product every day for the last three years non-stop. During the school year it is loaded fully with all of my books and computer. It also carries gear I permanently have in there, like flashlight, tarp, pocket knife, etc. When emptied of school supplies, it works well as a day pack for hiking, camping, or other outdoor activities. Leather Grab handle is FANTASTIC and can support the weight of so many things clipped on, like water bottles, wet shoes, bike helmets, life jackets. The compartment is very spacious and can hold a lot. The semi rigid construction of it is also very nice, as the bag naturally sits up and does not fall over. One set back is that the straps eventually start to get messed up and fold over, and the padding falls apart. Other than that the bag has performed perfectly, with no rips or tears after over 1000 days of continuous use. Would recommend to anyone.

It's a good looking bag with a nicely thought out design and very well made. My only cons are that it's smaller than I expected, more of an expanded daypack than a backpack and there isn't much leather on it. Leather accents is correct. Other than that I like it alot and wouldn't hesitate to buy it again.
