It's winter here, so the true test will have to come once it gets hot. I'm looking for a cap that'll protect my head, but not overheat it. Hope this is the one. The extra long bill seems unnecessary and I'm hoping it doesn't bonk into everything when I'm climbing around in the bilge of the boat I'm working on. And I'll be interested to see how it holds up to the dirt/sweat that'll will test it's mettle.

I ordered this because of the price and the description. I was initially a little let down when I got it as it was just plain. I wore it for awhile and now I love this hat! I live in Phoenix and it gets hot. This hat keeps the sun off my balding head, lets the sweat out. Keeps the sweat out of my eyes. With a larger bill it really does give me more shade and helps with everything from driving to hiking.

Love the longer bill and quick drying lightweight fabric. It sits nicely on my head and does not have high profile.I am wearing one everyday as I work outside a lot for the summer and it is holding up against the daily wear (so far two months).Thanks Duluth TC for a great product.

Use the hat daily in this hot summer. I wish it had a larger or deeper crown so I could wear it lower on my head closer to my ears. Does not now feel secure on my head in the wind unless I crank down the adjustment band and then it's too tight - unless I get it just right. Seems like all baseball type hats are getting cheap in the material, trying to save few cents. Material and overall design are great except for that one flaw.

Bought this cap for vacation, and wear it every day. I really like the large brim on the cap, it keeps the sun off my face. Hat is very comfortable and lightweight.
