Good wool knee socks are hard to come by, and these are worth the wait! They're nice and substantial feeling, without being too bulky. The only odd thing about them is that the top of the sock is styled as though there were three layered pairs, and they're a little tight right below the knee because of that. I have fairly skinny legs; if your calves are beefy this might be uncomfortable.

These are great socks. They actually are knee-high (unlike some); they are really good looking; they stay up!

I purchased these for the wife and she loves them. She loves them so much she asked me to purchase six more pair. Socks are very well made and seem as though they will last a long time. Very comfortable. Just a tad too expensive, but if they make the wife happy..... well... enough said.

I am not a big person, and they are too tight around the calf, gave them to my 10yr old niece as they were too tight for me.
Love these socks, they are super warm and they stay up! Pretty cute too!

Love the colors and design. Doesn't lose color after washing. Continue foot support and absorbtion. Quality fall/winter sock.

excellent quality, tall enough, sturdy but not bulky
The socks are thick and very warm, but the 3 rows of elastic at the top of the sock are entirely too tight. Because they constrict my legs too much, I now don't pull them over my calves, but leave them just above my ankles. I have slender legs, so this is not a good buy for anyone with heavy legs. I hope the manufacturer can redesign the elastic.
