I was looking for a reliable watch to replace my Sharp watch that has lasted for years. Timex watches have been good for my outdoor lifestyle as well. The only drawback to this watch is that fact that I have gotten older and my eyesight is not what it use to be. Watch faces that I use to be able to see in low lighting conditions don't work for me so well. I was disappointed that the hands on this watch were light colored, blended in with the face of the watch, and are hard for me to see unless I am in a brighter light situation. Of course if I am in the dark, the illuminated face and hands work well to view as there is enough contrast.

I had been looking for the best size face for a long time. This watch is perfect. Not to bulky and easy to read. A light up button on the side. Love it...

loved this watch right out of the box. after 2 weeks I noticed indiglo gave out but I think it's likely a fluke bc i didnt see any other reviews w/ same problem.
I have a very demanding job with a riverkeeper organization (with plenty of opportunities for gear to get soaked and filthy), but the watch seemed no worse for wear aside from indiglo.
I liked the watch enough to order replacement right away. I'm wearing a temporary sport watch until it comes in and hate it after looking at this excellent timex for 2 weeks.

Nice watch, good size for me as I have a small wrists. Good, easy to read face and nice that you can just tap the winder and it displays a lighted watch that is actually easier to read than the regular display. The band is sturdy and smooth, not like the cheap plastic bands some brands have. I really like it.

Thank you Duluth in advance for the free shipping. I bought this Timex for my wife and she loves it. She started giving me Timex watches several years ago, and we found them very practical, but especially, she did, when at the movies or the theatre and bored, she would reach across, push the Indiglo button and hold hands. Now she has her own and I can reach across and do the same. These are great watches and worth the money, especially when on sale. The cases do peel with extended use but the watch itself is rugged. keeps excellent time and has one of the most long lasting batteries in the business. And, It sets to the second, something that few watches do. This ladies version is petite and feminine but easily readable. Get it, so if you get bored in the dark.....well, at least, you'll know what time it is.

So far, this watch fits my purpose perfectly. I work with dogs and needed a watch that would take the abuse of being chewed on, slobbered on, scratched up and still stay on my wrist and keep perfect time. In two months it has performed better than I expected. An excellent buy for [$]!

I wanted a basic, easy to read watch. It does the job. Also, I have very small wrists, and this one fits! However, I think it loses a little time.
