Comments about Rainwear - Men's Bang for your Buck Rainsuit:

This rainsuit is priced very well for the quality and fit, although the waist is larger than most XL's and my husband says he may need some suspenders because he LOVES the suit and will not return it. It protects well from wind, rain and snow while allowing him to work and move freely. Truly is a GREAT "Bang for the Buck" rain suit! This is our first Duluth purchase; we are very pleased and expecting to be return customers. Thank you!

I work for the railroad and we work in all kinds of conditions. We push our products to the limit everyday and need something that won't let us down and I can say with no doubt this is the best rain suit I have ever owned and I have been threw alot. Deluth thought of everything on this suit from how light weight it is to how well it breaths. In pouring rain this suit gets the job done end of story.

Nice fitting rain suit as compared to hard plastic versions I've had in the past. Very comfortable and it breathes. I like to hike and the weather never keeps me down (unless I happen to be in the Northwest) and this suit has ensured I get to go.

Wore the jacket only once so far, but in a heavy rain. Worked well in the hot weather and felt comfortable. Ordered large as is normal for me, and it gives plenty of room for overcoats, etc, without being too large. I like the fit. Kept me dry !

Comments about Rainwear - Men's Bang for your Buck Rainsuit:

I'm tall and slim (6-4, 195 lbs). The LT size offered fit perfect. A bicycle tour through the Netherlands was cold and wet. It kept me dry and also warm. With a t-shirt and shoremans fleece underneath, I peddled my butt through light rain in 45 degree wether without a chill. It does breath some but I stll woked up a sweat at times. The dual direction zipper made it easy to vent and get access to my pants pockest. Zipperd lower leg made getting it on/off with shoes on simple. Wore it a lot just as a wind breaker. Snaps on the pocket a little too aggressive and it tore out of the fabric while trying to open it (but they exchanged it no problem!). The hood with brim worked nice to keep the glasses dry. I'm so-so on the color, wife hated it..

Comments about Rainwear - Men's Bang for your Buck Rainsuit:

I work at an Army Post as a civilian support person. This rainsuit is far superior to the ones issued to us through the supply system. The zippered opening at the pants cuff make this much easier to get on over work boots, and the soft lining feels much better than just plastic against skin.

The issue I have with ALL rainsuits is I am almost instantly hot when putting this thing on.

Regarding the "feels too big" issue, I probably could have ordered one size smaller. I ordered larger to simplify getting my big feet through the cuffs. That would be my issue though and not the fault of Dluth Trading.

Comments about Rainwear - Men's Bang for your Buck Rainsuit:

I purchased the Rain Suit for a Fly-In fishing trip to Red Lake Ont. Canada. The Jacket had some moisture come thru the ziper area and weeping up the cuff on the sleeve , but the main concern was the wetness on the in-seam of both legs 6" above and below the knee area.....looking at that area when we came off the lake I noticed you have a reinforcement over the knee area and the wetness was in line with the seam of the reinforced knee . I am 5'7" with a 30" in-seam and the XL size I ordered should have provided enough length in the pants to run the water over my boots , but I had to continue pulling the pant legs down so my feet would stay dry.

Comments about Rainwear - Men's Bang for your Buck Rainsuit:

I have a small organic vegetable farm and often have to work in the rain. Last year, I bought a cheapo hardware store rain suit that smelled like gasoline and broke the first day and ultimately shredded from use. The Bang for Your Buck Rainsuit seems like it'll last much longer (I've only used it for a few times so far), and has just the right amount of room to go over my regular clothes, but not feel like I'm swimming in it. (Oh, and the suit doesn't smell like chemicals or gasoline, either.) I look forward to giving a thorough work out over the upcoming season.
