I use this cap mostly as a sun shade when I am outdoors. When I leave the house during the day, it is on my head. It is very comfortable and seems cooler than other caps that I have but don't use since I got this one.

I've got a big head so the slightly taller crown is much more comfortable to me than the other twill cap. The bill of the cap is slightly larger, too, which makes for more comfort in the summer sun. The only way to improve this cap is to make it in a slightly heavier twill. Then it would be slightly taller, slightly larger, AND slightly heavier. Then it would be perfect for a fat head like me.

This is overall a fantastic hat. I have a big noggin, and all my life had difficulties finding baseball caps that fit right. When I would find a good one, I would wear it into dust. Now there is a sure supply of well fitting hats and I am delighted. This has a bit longer of a bill which functionality wise is great.
I am just very pleased with this hat.

Dog gone it! I was cutting a pasture on my tractor and, while getting around a tree, a limb grabbed my cap and threw it to the ground just in front of the cutter. I came back around and found my cap ripped to shreds. I put the pieces in my pocket and when I showed them to my wife she doubled up laughing. She knew how much I liked this cap. I like this cap so much I'm ordering two. The material and length of the bill are what makes this an excellent cap.

I always love the cut of Duluth's baseball caps. The crown is full sized (not a skull hugger) and the bill is longer and lower than your average baseball cap.
