Men's Waterproof Leather Gloves

I like the dexterity in these gloves. I can handle my pocket knife and other tools, tie knots in rope, work gate latches, and tack-up a horse with these gloves. You get the idea. I've had waterproof winter gloves and leather winter gloves, but this is my first pair that is both leather and waterproof.

I initially ordered a size M. I measured my hand at 9 per the Duluth sizing guide. This put me right on the line of M & L, which has been my usual experience with sizing gloves. I normally order a M for the improved dexterity and they fit okay. In this case, however, the M was a bit too small so I'm exchanging them for a L. You may want to consider the next size up if you're right on the line like me.

I like the gloves a lot. They are top-notch quality through-n-through.

Just go them so haven't had opportunity to test water or wind proof (Still in a summer drought in Colorado). I got these specifically to use hunting, fall dirt bike riding and winter camping. The sizing was good and fit like most gloves fit me (good in the hand and a little long in the fingers). They are very stiff and will take a while to brake in. There are extra layers of material on the fingers which is good for toughness but makes it stiff to make a fist. The leather looks very slick but seems grippy. My only qualm is that the leather looks like plastic. Maybe I'm not used to this kind of leather but if it didn't say leather in the catalog I would be sure that I'm being ripped off. The gloves even squeak like vinyl when you make a fist. I'm a little worried that they might be too noisy and too warm for my active hunting. Sitting still in a cold place, I can't see how your hands would ever get cold in them. They are that warm. Can't wait for winter.

These are very good working gloves for all four seasons.I wear them in the spring and summer for my yard and garden. They are very good protection against wood splinters while I'm cutting and stacking wood in the fall and keeps my hands dry and warm in the winer when I'm shoveling snow.

These gloves are so warm my hands start to sweat within minutes if I put them on inside. The only thing I would change is the seams being on the fingertips. I wish they were wrapped around and seamed at the knuckle instead. Other than that it's a great, functional, WARM glove.

I love these gloves for cold weather use. They are a bit bulky (can't pick up small screws, nails, etc.), but that's expected in a winter glove. They also make my hands sweat if it isn't cold enough outside.

The gloves are extremely comfortable and fit to your hands in a very short time. They allow the flexibility needed to do all kinds of work. Not only warm but also waterproof puts them into constant use.

Canoe trips in Canada in the spring involve some cold wet day. Hands tend to get pretty cold in those conditions. A good glove has to deal with the wet but it is also nice if it does not melt when used as a pot holder when lifting things off of a fire. This glove does it all very well.
