While I acknowledge my line of work puts a heck of alot of wear and tear on gloves (wind energy) and I've put just about every make and type on the market to use, I will say that with some slight improvements, this glove could be the supreme champion. I would be happy to lend my suggestions to Duluth in order to make it so. That said, I give it 4 our of 5 stars as it currently is, since these have lasted as long as the best I've tried to date (about 245 service hours per pair.)

Long time Duluth wearer, but first time DTC gloves.
I work in wind energy. I deal with cable, aluminum, and steel while climbing towers&turbines. After roughly 5 towers and 2 general maintences, these gloves have held up great. That's roughly 70hours. Normally with other field tested gloves, I get about 110-160 hrs out, so I will update..
I've recently purchased other DTC gloves, and look forward to trying them.

These gloves work great for my job as a UPS Driver. The grip last a long time but my only complaint is that they tear at the seams after a short time. It happened to the last three pairs that I ordered. I can't return them because I cut the tips off the thumbs. Hopefully you can correct this flaw.

Use the gloves 5 days a week as part of my job requirement for gloves. They are very easy to use, fit well, and make it easy to manipulate objects like cardboard or tools. The grip helps give an extra hang on factor. They breathe nice, but still retain a sweat factor. The thumb could use grip, and the seams in the fingers can wear out quickly. The 'grip' can dry and crack depending on use.

                Best Uses

The gloves fit well - nice and snug, and provided great grip for loading and unloading his truck. Unfortunately, the gloves ripped after a few weeks as a result of the wear from my husband's job. Perhaps Duluth may consider manufacturing a similar glove with tougher or thicker material that doesn't rip so quickly. Other than that, my husband and I like the gloves very much.

I use the gloves cutting wood and getting up hay. The are not to heavy or to light. The grip is perfect and they last a long time with all the work we do.
