Does not keep hands warm. Shoveling snow is very hard while your hands are freezing. Gloves are not as advertised. Dont waste money on them.

I was skeptical, but I tried these gloves working north of Yellowknife, they keep my hands comfortable when working in -40C, I strongly recommend these for cold weather work!

                    Best, Toughest Gloves I've bought

                    • Any Work Outside Any

I use these gloves as my big guns. If I'm outside in the cold and I'm working, these are on my hands. Ice fishing, these gloves are on my hands. I've had these gloves for over a year and I've beat them up. Fire, hooks, ice, dogs, etc., these gloves have eaten it all up. Cannot stress the sweetness of the two cinch straps and the long gauntlet-like forearm cover. Makes layering simpler than any glove I've ever owned. No snow in my forearm EVER. Only thing that gets in my way is that the fingers are thick and don't allow for much digit mobility or fine manipulation. However, that's not a big concern. Don't know what others are talking about when they say these gloves get too cold. I'm just fine with them. Best glove I've ever bought.

My hands were freezing within 2 hrs. Not good for sub zero use. They seem to be well made. This is the second pair of gloves I bought from Duluth because the first didn't keep me warm either. The price of the Yellowknife Gauntlet gloves was not worth it.

I ski coach in the East at Killington on the weekends. I bought these gloves on-line and the fit was spot-on. They felt broken in and work really well as a ski glove. As I coach, I do alot of shovel work, carrying gear, skiing, etc, and these gloves did not wear out, kept my hands dry and warm in all the eastern skiing conditions possible. I highly recommend these gloves to any skier!

I bought 2 pair of gloves from you in early 2012. They were discounted, and I got them for a great price. I gave one pair to my son, but unfortunately, lost the other pair. I looked at your web site to replace them. Unfortunately, they were no longer available. I bought the most expensive and top rated winter gloves that you sell. I was disappointed to find that what I got was no where near as good as what you sold before. The large size, which is what I take, was too small for me. It also seemed that they would not be nearly as warm as the others. I know you have to make business dicisions, but it's hard to figure why you stopped offering a great pair of gloves.
That said, I need to tell you that I have been very happy with all of the other products that I have purchased from you. I will continue to peruse your catalog for things I need.
FYI - I am writing this more for your information, not your customers.
