Men's Sizing Charts

Head:

Measure around head, just above eyebrows. Convert inches to hat size using sizing chart.

Sleeve:

Measure from center of back at neck to shoulder, over elbow and down to wrist.

Tradesman Sizing:

Our clothing is generously sized for extra roominess and easy moving fit. No need to size up.

Neck:

Measure around the middle of the neck (at the Adam's apple).

Waist:

Bend side to side to find natural waist. Measure around waist.

Chest:

Keeping tape parallel to the floor, measure fullest part of chest with arms relaxed down at sides.

Inseam:

Measure a pair of pants that fit you well. Measure from the crotch seam to bottom of pants. If you are measuring 100% cotton pants that have been washed, add 1⁄2".

Surprisingly comfortable

General crpentry and work around the house.
Every day belt or bison belt provides better tool carrying thanweb belt.
Need a few more washings to see how they hold up.

I bought these shorts primarily for outdoor water activites. Mostly fishing and kayaking in warmer weather. I do a lot of fishing along shorelines or in a kayak where I get sprayed or have to wade shallow water and these rock for that. These are of a much higher quality than pretty much any other nylon shorts I have tried and or purchased. This along with the unmatched pocket/storage options make these the best quick drying fishing shorts I have ever purchased. The nylon is woven in a very tough yet smooth and comfortable fashion(even when going commando), and the shorts are roomy for good air circulation. The only negative I can think of is that they are a bit heavier that other similar shorts I have tried. I would HIGHLY recommend these.

Days With Kids

I don't usually write reviews, but I was compelled to for these shorts. Very comfortable. Light weight. The pockets are great. Side pockets have plenty of room and have zipper access to help when sitting down. They also have cool side pockets with velcro that worked great for my sunglasses and my kids sunglasses as we walked in and out of the sun / shade. there is an inner zipper pocket to keep item secure.

I wouldn't change a thing. Put on a pair of "Buck Naked" underwear and these shorts, you are set for the day. Most excellent!

I have the full length pants and was headed for Texas and thought the shorts would come in handy. They did. Hot and muggy, put the shorts kept dry and I love the pockets. Especially the security pocket.

Zippered Hip Pocket

CASUAL WEAR

I really like these shorts. The only con I could come up with, after wearing them a few times, is the zippered pocket inside the right front pocket is a little hard to get a hand into. The zipper goes down *into* the outer pocket. I have smallish hands (medium glove size) and if I don't unzip the zipper all the way, I can't get my hand inside and far enough down to retrieve what is at the bottom of the pocket.
