These boots are very comfortable and stylish. They provide great support and traction. I am a fire investigator for an insurance company and spend a lot of time in burned-out houses. At the end of the day, I forget that I am wearing work boots and drive home wearing them instead of taking them off and switching to more comfortable driving shoes like I used to do with my Redwings.

I really like the boot I wear it 9 to 10 hr's a day. My only grip is that bottom tread is too hard. When you walk you can hear me clopping when I walk. I believe that it's probably hard because it will take a long time for it to wear down. It's a very well made boot. If they make the tread a little softer I will buy this boot again.

The ONLY complaint I have is that these boots don't come in black or in steel/safety toe. If they had steel toes, I'd have bought them for work, as well as for the casual wear I intended them for. Still, I love my boots and I cant complain at all about them.

My husband had been looking for boots for a few months. He used to wear one of the larger name brand boots for work. Last year he started having a problem getting the left boot on. Besides that he needed insoles in the boots. I suggested that maybe it was a width issue, but even trying them in wide didn't work. We saw these and I decided to order him a pair. He put them on and loved them! I knew these were a winner when the next day he asked me to order him a second pair. Excellent!

The first pair I got for my husband who is a welder and on his feet all day. This last pair was for my son-in-law. He climbs up and repairs or assembles cell towers. He says they are comfortable and warm.

Have to give this 5 stars because of customer service and my husband has had a pair of these boots before and loved them.
We believe what happened is a manufacturing "fluke". We ordered these boots again after an awesome experience with his first pair. Within a couple of days wearing them the middle "orange" section came loose and some off all together. This happened to two pair of them. Needless to say we were sceptical about yet another pair, but went for it. Customer service is friendly, courteous, and very helpful. They just want a satisfied customer. We were immediately sent another pair both times. This third pair is not having the problems the other two did. Like I said, just some sort of a manufacturing malfunction. Can happen with anything we are sure. You can't go wrong with Duluth as they do stand behind their products. These boots are comfortable right out of the box. My husband has a wide foot and can be hard to fit. Yes, we will buy them again. You can't lose with Duluth.
