Men's Sizing Charts

Head:

Measure around head, just above eyebrows. Convert inches to hat size using sizing chart.

Sleeve:

Measure from center of back at neck to shoulder, over elbow and down to wrist.

Tradesman Sizing:

Our clothing is generously sized for extra roominess and easy moving fit. No need to size up.

Neck:

Measure around the middle of the neck (at the Adam's apple).

Waist:

Bend side to side to find natural waist. Measure around waist.

Chest:

Keeping tape parallel to the floor, measure fullest part of chest with arms relaxed down at sides.

Inseam:

Measure a pair of pants that fit you well. Measure from the crotch seam to bottom of pants. If you are measuring 100% cotton pants that have been washed, add 1⁄2".

As a rule, I don't buy clothes or shoes on-line, because if they don't fit as is usually the case it costs money to send it back.
A friend gave me a positive testamonial of Duluth Trading jeans, so I took a gamble. Once online I was pleased to see actual photos of the product rather than just drawings (they're cool drawings, by the way). My waistline has never been an even number, so I always compromise with that until now; I ordered the the size I needed and they fit perfectly!...And built like a brick outhouse, too! I was also skeptical of the long tail T's price, but DT has exceeded my expectations in every way. I'm hooked!

Too Big and Bulky Looking

Bought these for my husband in a 38X32 (his normal size) and they are way too big and bulky on him. They are roomy and comfortable, but not flattering at all! I had to go out and get him some better fitting jeans for going out on the town and to wear to work. You might want to consider ordering a size down.

My husband is a difficult fit for most recognized brand names. These jeans fit him beautifully. He was especially impressed with the quality of the stitching, seam reinforcement and style as well. He's pretty rough on his jeans as a private contractor/heavy equipment operator and these jeans really work for him and are still nice enough to wear on an evening out! His only wish is that they were slightly longer. Very happy.

I waited to write this review. The frist time my husband put them on, he liked them - fit and style, but he was holding back on his thoughts. I washed/dried them - STILL true to fit! After several weeks, these jeans are now his favorites (he stuck to his old brand for over 40 yrs. which were good wearing and good looking). So, several washings and dryings and lots of "working in" and some just "looking good" out in public, I can't say enough "good" about these jeans. Buy a pair. Try them out.
