I use this gaiter for everything I do outdoors when it's real cold out. I really like the velcro closure in the back, which let's you adjust how snug this gaiter fits. I am waiting for the next snow storm so I can use it when snowblowing.

I used the gaiter riding my motorcycle in Texas during our winters...I know they are not as extreme as winters in Duluth, but the windchill factor decreases the temperature significantly. The gaiter worked great at blocking the wind, it is not bulky at all and keeps you warm. I definitely recommend it. The only con is that when covering the nose, the air trapped fogged the visor...you can resolved this by not covering the nose or by leaving it very loose around the nose.

This product does what it intends to do, keeps you warm against either extreme cold (Virginia mountains over the holidays) or 65+ mile an hour winds on the motorcycle. It doesn't cause sweat, completely breathable, and the plain black styling works well. If you don't need the "skull face" look when you're on your scoot, this'll do. It does seem like it could go a half size larger, but maybe it'll stretch to the perfect fit after a thousand miles or so, in another couple of weeks. Thumbs up.

I like the gaiter for it's convenience, durability, style and especially because I don't like to wear scarves. I use this in the cold Midwest winters. I don't have my license yet and walking is my main mode of transportation. It covers a lot of my face even the bottoms of my ears. Love the product. Love my Christmas gift. I use the gaiter all the time.

I've worn it most days so far this winter and am about to change back to my wool blend 'tube style' gaiter. As a chimney sweep,I'm constantly climbing,moving,craning my neck to see into tight spaces. This product is a good idea that is poorly executed - the closure in back is difficult to get lined up and tends to catch on any type of hat you might be wearing. It also has a tendency to twist around and you end up with the sodding thing backwards around your neck. Lastly, It's nearly impossible to breathe with this thing covering your nose and mouth - I have to say 'Back to the drawing board' with this product - ya'll can do better...

I bought this for my wife as a Christmas gift to use when she rides her motorcycle. She loves it! Very warm and tucks nicely into the front of her coat to keep her neck and face warm. Lightweight and not too bulky, but very warm and cozy.

Bought two of these, one for me, one for my wife. We use them on cold mornings when riding the motorcycle, also used during rain storms. My only gripe is that these do not breath, I have to wear it so that my nose is exposed to the elements. I would have rated these a 5 if the nose area was breathable.
